FLSA Status: Non-Exempt; AS/OC. 
Position Description: Provide case management and clerical support to County Attorney and Assistant County Attorneys by filing documents; managing electronic files; monitoring court/statutory deadlines; preparing exhibits and completing trial prep; independently identifying involved parties/attorneys and disseminating discovery; and communicating with appropriate parties to provide information and coordinate cases.

Work Hours:  The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, overtime as necessary and approved.

Work Location:  Itasca County Attorney Department, 123 NE 4th St, Grand Rapids, MN

Salary : $56,722 - $75,712
