Job Description:
As a member of our Weddings & Special Events Operations team at our prestigious country club, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests during various events and gatherings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service while adhering to our high standards of hospitality.
Accountability:
- Greet and Say Goodbye with a Welcoming Smile, Using Guest & Member Names
- Know the Event Offerings
- Deliver Timely & Accurate Product
- Clean Tables & Event Space
- Hit Jolt Compliance Goal - W&SE Server
Expectations:
- Good communication and attention to detail

Requirements
- Events can be unpredictable, so adaptability and the ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, are necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Hospitality and Service Skills:
- Wedding and Special event knowledge or related experience is preferred.
- Serving: Experience in serving food, with an emphasis on presentation and quality.
Member Relationship Management:
- Skills in engaging with members, understanding their needs, and fostering relationships to enhance their club experience.
Availability:
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and some holidays, indicating a need for flexibility in scheduling.
Teamwork:
- A positive, dynamic, and energetic approach to work, contributing to team morale and service excellence.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
