What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare, review, and reconcile financial records
• Prepare sales and use tax returns and file 1099s
• Reconcile fixed asset spending and manage fixed asset inventory
• Reconcile various accounts each month, including intercompany accounts
• Reconcile bi-monthly pipe inventories and participate in periodic physical counts
• Assist with audits, budgets, and month-end close reporting
• Work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller on divisional accounting needs

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Supervisory experience leading accounting staff is a plus
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Background in manufacturing accounting is a plus
