Production Support Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Media & Content Production Assistant to support an established multimedia and digital content team in Auburn, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, task-based production work and takes pride in executing established workflows with accuracy and consistency.

This is a production-focused role supporting audio, video, website, and event-related content rather than a content creation, marketing, or creative strategy position. The individual in this role will work within established processes to edit, prepare, organize, and publish multimedia content while supporting a collaborative, mission-driven team. The position will begin heavily task-oriented but offers strong long-term growth potential for someone eager to expand their technical and production skillset.

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit and prepare audio content, podcasts, and recordings using established production workflows
• Edit video content, presentations, and promotional materials based on predetermined formats and standards
• Upload, organize, and manage website content and digital media assets
• Support conferences, recordings, and live production events throughout the year
• Maintain multimedia files, archives, and asset organization systems
• Execute recurring production tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with established editorial and production workflows
• Support additional production and content-related projects as needed

What You'll Need to Be Considered

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, or similar audio/video editing software
• 2 years of experience editing audio and/or video content within a professional environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established processes and workflows consistently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfort supporting both multimedia production and live event-related responsibilities
• Ability to work onsite in Auburn, Alabama
