iTA Truck Sales and Service is the largest International truck dealer in Louisiana, covering the New Orleans, Northshore, Slidell, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Lake Charles markets. ITA sells International-branded new trucks, and all makes and models of pre-owned trucks and trailers, as well as providing outstanding service and parts to meet any fleet’s needs.
We are seeking a Full-Time front-desk Receptionist. As the face of our organization, the ideal candidate should have a confident presence and personable voice. The Receptionist will provide exceptional customer support and act as the first point-of-contact for our customers’ inquiries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greet our visitors;
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate parties;
- Cashier for our Parts Dept;
- Email;
- Scan;
- Perform general clerical duties for the Sales', Parts' and Accounting departments.
