Responsibilities
- Assist Inside Sales Representatives with daily sales activities
- Answer inbound calls and support customer inquiries
- Help prepare quotes and process customer orders
- Follow up on orders and assist with expediting as needed
- Communicate customer needs and issues to the sales team
- Work with vendors to locate products and pricing
- Support outside sales representatives
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems
- Entry-level position: experience not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel; ERP experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
