POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Consultant Agreement Coordinator oversees the consultant agreement process between Health Care Professionals, Patients, KOLs, Ex-US/Global attendees (hereinafter referred to as “HCP”) and the client’s legal team. This position provides VIP/individualized email correspondence with every pharmaceutical HCP invited to an event throughout the registration, contracting and payout process. This position works closely with the ITA Customer Meeting Event Managers, ensuring all HCPs are fully contracted prior to attending the event to remain in compliance with US pharmaceutical guidelines.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
- Minimum three years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research skills.
- Ability to handle numerous projects with proven attention to detail and deadlines.
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Superior relationship-building skills.
- Superior quality-control skills in all areas of the position.
- Must be available to work a full time schedule, Monday through Friday. Opportunity to work remotely is not available for this position.
- Ability to listen, understand and respond to external and internal customers’ needs in a timely manner; customer service experience in a service-related industry preferred.
- Ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.
