💬 What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work hands-on with children in our welcoming clinic environment (and occasionally in-home), delivering high-quality ABA therapy that changes lives. You will:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support communication, play, social, and daily living skills
- Track progress and keep accurate session data
- Help with assessments and organize engaging materials
- Partner with families, teachers, and team members to build success
- Maintain a fun, safe, and structured environment for learning
- Bring positivity, patience, and professionalism every single day

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our Indianola clinic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play
