What You’ll Do
- Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
- Represent the brand and core values appropriately at all times.
- Understand Hoffman's culture and demonstrate it to the team.
- Supports an environment that welcomes innovation – develops new, fun, tasty sweets and treats for our guests.
- Accountable for food safety protocols for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of store. Ensures a safe guest and working environment.
- Perform all operational/cash handling procedures accurately according to policies.
- Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
- Effectively communicate all store needs to the Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
- Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
- A chocolate and sweets enthusiast.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment to achieve the company's goals.
- Believes in and accurately represents Hoffman’s culture and shares the Hoffman’s experience with our guests by learning, selling, and educating guests about our products.
- Hard-working and enthusiastic retail sales associate who combines selling abilities, with a strong motivation for success.
- Reliable and able to demonstrate dependability, responsibility, and consistency in their job performance.
- Positively responds to direction and requests for assistance from associates, managers, and guests.
What you’ll need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No retail experience required.
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Able and willing to operate POS/ register to properly cash out all customers.
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50lbs with assistance.
