What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automation Engineer With Bilingual OR Spanish Language position at IT-SCIENT?
Primary skills/experience :
- Any Programming language (Python, Java, C#)) used for API test automation
- Building Test Automation framework
- Selenium, Appium, Webdriver, Junit, TestNG, or similar
- Secondary skills/experience
- Devops/CI CD understanding
- Cloud technologies (Google cloud or Amazon Web Services)
- GitHub, Bitbucket, Git
- New Relic, DataDog, etc.
- Postman, or a service layer testing tool
- jMeter, Gatling
- Performance testing
Qualifications :
- 5 years' experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance or testing
- Strong understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and quality processes
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence / Lucid
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Ability to independently deliver test planning and analysis without detailed direction
- Professional Spanish language skills (required) for bilingual / Spanish-language call-flow and NLU quality validation
Preferred Experience :
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript), including Dialog Flow CX / conversational test automation
- Experience testing conversational voice agents, Google Dialogflow CX / Google CES, and IVR/CCaaS migrations
- ISTQB or comparable QA certification
- Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset
