Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and community-minded Bilingual Nepali Home Care Sales Representative to join our team on a commission basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong ties to the Nepali community and a genuine passion for helping families access quality home care services.
As a Sales Representative, you will build relationships, engage with the community, and introduce families to our agency. Your success will be directly tied to the clients you bring in, with compensation based solely on commission.
Responsibilities:
Promote our home care services within the Nepali community through outreach, networking, and community engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community leaders, and local organizations
Identify potential clients and refer them to our intake team
Represent the agency with professionalism, cultural awareness, and respect
Provide ongoing support to ensure families understand available services and feel comfortable with the process
Qualifications:
Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written)
Strong connections within the local Nepali community
Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
Commission-based only. You will earn commission for each new client referral that begins services with our agency.
