Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, entrepreneurial BCBA clinician to develop an ABA program in our space. In this role, you will run your own ABA program, implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing patient assessments to determine needs and progress.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor behavioral changes.
- Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Provide patient-centered care by tailoring interventions to each individual’s unique needs and abilities.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis methodologies.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and medical documentation practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in behavioral health settings.
