Your Role and Responsibilities
As a BCBA at Heartwise Support, you will:
- Conduct in-person behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies to promote skill development and address challenges.
- Provide in-person supervision and training for Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments as needed.
- Train and support families, caregivers, and professionals involved in care.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Certification: Current BCBA certification.
- Experience: Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Skills: Strong ABA knowledge, data analysis, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Transportation: Access to reliable transportation for in-person services.
Work Schedule
- In-Person Requirement: This is an in-person role, with services provided at client homes or designated therapy locations in the Salt Lake County and surrounding areas.
- Non-billable work may be completed remote.
- Flexible hours: Monday to Friday
- Part-time, full-time, and contract options available
