Position Overview

We are seeking a remote Order Entry Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. This role is responsible for accurately processing rental orders, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and supporting our team to deliver events without a hitch.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer rental orders into the system.

• Verify order details, pricing, and availability of rental items.

• Communicate with customers to confirm orders and resolve discrepancies.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer information.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.

• Support billing, adjustments, and order changes when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order management systems.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work.

Work Schedule

• Weekdays and weekends, depending on event schedule

• Must be available during peak event seasons (spring, summer, holidays)

• Some physical work required (light lifting, moving items)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
