The General Laborer on the production line is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This role involves working on a production line to assemble, package, inspect, and ship products while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities:Operate production line equipment such as conveyors, packaging machines, or assembly tools.Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to company standards.Perform quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.Assist in loading and unloading materials or finished goods.Label and stack finished goods appropriately for storage or shipment.Monitor production flow and report any issues to the supervisor.Perform general cleaning duties in the production area.Support team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Able to lift up to [30–50 lbs] regularly.Basic math and communication skills.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
