Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility
- Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and mechanical techniques
- Support warehouse operations by loading, unloading, and organizing inventory efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with general labor duties such as packaging, sorting, and preparing products for shipment
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is highly desirable
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures and quality control standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform physical tasks efficiently
