Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport products to designated storage areas
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory by scanning or recording product movements
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required
- Valid forklift certification (preferred or required based on company policy)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:
- $18/HR
