Job Type: Full-Time/Temporary

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

Job Summary:

The General Laborer on the production line is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This role involves working on a production line to assemble, package, inspect, and ship products while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production line equipment such as conveyors, packaging machines, or assembly tools.
• Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to company standards.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any safety hazards immediately.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials or finished goods.
• Label and stack finished goods appropriately for storage or shipment.
• Monitor production flow and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the production area.
• Support team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Able to lift up to [30–50 lbs] regularly.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
