Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Bakery Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working on the assembly line to ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment in a bakery facility, ensuring proper functionality.
- Assemble products according to specifications on the assembly line.
- Packing and labeling bread and cakes
- Working in warm temperature environments
- Molding the dough
- Making and applying cake icing
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
- Other tasks as needed
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, including the movement of materials within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve processes.

Experience
- Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
