Requirements Of a General Laborer (Racker Packer Masker)
- Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
- Able to safely lift to 50lbs
- Must speak Spanish or be Bilingual
- Pass E-verify
- Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

- Mask metal parts per specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
- Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated
- Pack finished products for shipment
- Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
- Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
