- Documentation & Filing: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records, filing documents, and performing data entry to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, managing calendars for senior staff, and booking travel or venues for corporate events.
- Office Operations: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring office equipment (printers, copiers) is functional, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Basic Finance: Handling simple bookkeeping, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and preparing expense reports.
- Content Production: Typing, proofreading, and formatting memos, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
