Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and support services
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and security across multiple global locations
- Lead incident response for critical outages, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Drive IT infrastructure projects such as system upgrades, cloud adoption, and process improvements
- Manage vendors, budgets, and internal resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally with business and operations teams to align technology with business needs
Must-Have Skills:
- 8 years of IT operations or infrastructure experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in networking, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and infrastructure systems
- Experience managing IT in multi-site or global environments
- Proven ability to lead projects and deliver measurable results
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
