Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident triage, prioritization, and end-to-end resolution in collaboration with business and technical teams
- Manage request lifecycle activities, ensuring timely updates, tracking, and closure in ServiceNow
- Contribute to requirements gathering, test strategy development, and UAT execution support
- Create and maintain documentation (process flows, test plans, system interfaces, results)
- Support release planning, enhancements, and system improvements within SAP CR&B ecosystem
- Partner with stakeholders to improve processes, user adoption, and operational efficiency
- Develop knowledge of data governance, master data models, and system integrations
Must-Have Skills
- 2 years supporting customer service technology solutions
- Experience with SAP CR&B / IS-U (customer service, billing, finance, or device mgmt.)
- Incident management ServiceNow production support experience
- SDLC experience including requirements gathering and UAT test case creation
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Exposure to Smartsheet
