We have a client in Maitland that is looking to hire a Data Integration Analyst on a full-time/salaried basis.
Job: Data Integration Analyst
Location: Maitland, FL
Work Environment: preference given to candidates open to at least 3 days a week in the office
Salary: $90K - $100K
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data exchange and integration requirements across enterprise applications, third‑party systems, and cloud‑based services
- Design, configure, implement, and support data integrations and workflows
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that enable critical business processes
- Document data mappings, transformations, schemas, and integration logic
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify data quality, reliability, or efficiency issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with application owners, network teams, and security teams to ensure integrations meet technical, security, and compliance standards
- Support integration testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contribute to integration governance, standards, and best practices
- Support onboarding of new systems and data sources into the enterprise integration ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in data integration, system integration, or a related technical role
- Experience analyzing and supporting data exchanges using APIs, file transfers, and event‑based integrations
- Hands‑on experience with SnapLogic or comparable ETL/integration platforms
- Intermediate SQL proficiency for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of data formats including JSON, XML, CSV, and relational data structures
- Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs and common integration patterns
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, APIs, and data schemas
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tools & Technologies
- SnapLogic (required or strongly preferred)
- API management and integration tools
- SFTP and file‑based data exchange solutions
- Monitoring and logging tools
- Documentation platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with title production software (ResWare, Qualia, SoftPro)
- Working knowledge of networking concepts including firewalls, VPNs, and secure data transfer
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance requirements
- Background supporting enterprise‑scale or regulated environments
