About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Analyst, HRIS to own, optimize, and scale HR technology ecosystem in a fast‑growing, acquisition‑driven environment. This role will be the go‑to expert across HR systems—driving data integrity, reporting, and process improvements—while supporting a potential HRIS transition to Paycom or Rippling.
What You’ll Do
- Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HRIS platforms (including support for a potential move to Paycom or Rippling)
- Support HRIS implementations, including system configuration, testing, and go‑live activities
- Lead HRIS onboarding and data migration for acquired firms, ensuring consistency and accuracy across entities
- Manage and maintain integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, ATS, and finance systems
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and overall system integrity
- Build and deliver dashboards and reports for HR, Finance, and executive leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and partner firms to troubleshoot issues and support end users
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience working with HRIS or people systems
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom or Rippling strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting or leading HRIS implementations or system migrations
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes and data
- Experience in multi‑entity, high‑growth environments (M&A exposure is a plus)
- Strong Excel and reporting/BI skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent project management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Direct experience implementing Paycom or Rippling
- Background in private equity‑backed or roll‑up organizations
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations and system architecture
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
