Overview:
The client is seeking Senior Schedulers to develop and maintain construction project schedules. This role supports OARs and senior management by ensuring contractor schedules are accurate, analyzing schedule impacts, and providing reliable reporting across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for construction projects.
- Review contractor baseline and update schedules for logic, sequencing, and compliance.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of schedule submittals for adherence to contract requirements.
- Conduct critical path and earned value analyses.
- Perform time impact analyses and assist with schedule delay negotiations.
- Provide schedule progress reports to OARs and management.
- Ensure proper use of program-level schedule codes, layouts, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
- 5 years in construction scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, in educational facility or public works projects.
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; OR any bachelor’s plus 2 additional years of scheduling experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera (latest version) and MS Office; strong communication, organizational, and planning skills; knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics.
