Key Responsibilities
- Handle divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters
- Manage cases from inception through resolution (motions, discovery, mediation, hearings)
- Draft pleadings, agreements, and court filings
- Advise clients and develop litigation/settlement strategies
- Work closely with partners, paralegals, and outside experts
- Handle asset division, including real estate and financial components
- 4 years of family law litigation experience
- Active Florida Bar license
- Strong courtroom, negotiation, and client management skills
- Experience with high-conflict matters and heavy caseloads
- Familiarity with real estate issues tied to family law is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
