Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle from filing through resolution
- Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages
- Draft and file litigation documents including discovery, law and motion, and MSJ oppositions
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service
- Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials
- Active bar license in good standing
- 7 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- First chair trial experience required
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, litigation procedures, and civil practice
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proven track record managing cases and achieving successful outcomes
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
