Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
- Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages
- Draft and prepare legal documents related to pre-litigation matters
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide strong client service
- Active Bar license in good standing
- 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Proven ability to manage cases and achieve positive outcomes for clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, legal assistants, and staff
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
