Position Overview

A well-established, nationally recognized plaintiff personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to manage complex cases from start to finish. This attorney will handle meaningful personal injury matters, advocate aggressively for clients, and work closely with a collaborative litigation team.

This is a strong opportunity for a trial-focused personal injury attorney to handle high-value cases, work with a reputable firm, and play a key role in delivering strong outcomes for injured clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle from filing through resolution
• Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages
• Draft and file litigation documents including discovery, law and motion, and MSJ oppositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service
• Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing
• 7 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• First chair trial experience required
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, litigation procedures, and civil practice
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Proven track record managing cases and achieving successful outcomes
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
