Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of integration and test engineers.
- Develop and execute integration and test strategies across prototype, validation, and production programs.
- Coordinate integration of mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, and controls systems.
- Establish test plans, verification procedures, and qualification protocols.
- Oversee system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Drive EVT, DVT, PVT, reliability, and validation testing.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
- Define laboratory infrastructure, tooling, instrumentation, and automation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Support transition from development into manufacturing.
- Manage schedules, resources, technical risks, and team priorities.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace, Nuclear Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8 years of engineering experience, including leadership of integration and test teams.
- Experience integrating complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Strong understanding of verification, validation, and qualification methodologies.
- Experience with laboratory testing, instrumentation, and test automation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Master s degree in a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, energy, industrial automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), MBSE, and configuration management.
