IT Network Solutions Group is a Managed Service Provider utilizing the latest tools to proactively support and protect business clients.
IT Network Solutions Group is looking for a self-motivated Computer Helpdesk / Desktop Technician to provide remote and on-site customer support, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software systems at customer offices throughout the Sarasota / Manatee areas.
The most qualified applicants will have experience in the following:
* At least 1 Year experience as a helpdesk or desktop technician
* Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems
* Imaging machines from scripts
* Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
* Maintenance of good documentation
* Working with vendors for warranty issues
* Providing support in networked environments
* Collecting requests from customers onsite
* A Certification encouraged
Requirements to work this position:
* Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday
* Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
* Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
* Comfortable with onsite customer interaction
* Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
