IT Support Technician

Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced onsite IT Support Technician to join our IT Department to support our fast-paced domestic and international multi-company organization. General areas of responsibility include sustaining information systems, installation of equipment, and providing technical guidance to employees.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Answer Help Desk phones and create tickets to track issues
• Creating and monitoring support cases submitted via email and web portal
• Setup and maintain IT asset inventory
• Facilitate creation/maintenance of IT documents
• Assist with the coordination of large-scale projects
• Maintain documentation of maintenance work and issues when necessary
• Provide technical support to local and remote office users on an as-needed basis
• Participate in after-hours / on-call support rotation as required
  
  
  

Knowledge and skills that will help you succeed in the role:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel, both in-person and via telephone.
• Technical competence supporting: Windows, Macs, hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices/tablets, servers), Microsoft Office suite, and standard packaged software solutions.
• A certification, or equivalent skill level preferred
• Proven time management skills focusing on urgent and overlapping deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skill to manage multiple clients and projects
• Availability to travel occasionally to tradeshows
