Electrical Design Engineer / MV Design Engineer

Location: Pittsburgh; PA or Houston, TX

Full Time or Contract

Qualifications: BS/ BE/BTech/ME (Electricals)

Experience :

From Plant Engineering background ( Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas)

Key Skills :

AutoCAD Electricals, ETAP, Dialux, power background, medium voltage facility design, preferably EPC.

Job Description:

Electrical Design Engineer with 10 Years of Experience.

  • Creation of Technical Specifications for Transformers, MV Switchgears, DC and UPS System, MV Cables, Lighting-Cabling-Earthing System components, Control and Protection System, protection relays, Rectifiers, and bus ducts.
  • Working experience in multidisciplinary EPC environment
  • Hands on with design engineering of MW scale industrial/ process plant /energy/ power generation/ oil and gas/T&D projects.
  • Strong experience and understanding of AutoCAD, EPlan, 2D & 3D
