Key roles and responsibilities of an Ensite engagement partner in an IT organization:
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels, including decision-makers and technical teams.
- Proactively communicating project updates, challenges, and successes to clients.
- Managing client expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
Project Delivery Oversight:
- Monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies. Ensuring quality standards are met throughout project execution.
- Coordinating with remote IT teams to deliver project deliverables on time.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
- Developing contingency plans to address potential issues.
