PMO - Process Assessment (Retail Domain) || 6 months contract at Plano, TX
Design, define, document, and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and governance models aligned to organizational strategy.
- Conduct PMO and project management process maturity assessments, identify gaps, and develop roadmaps to improve capability and consistency.
- Strengthen governance and compliance by establishing controls, audit mechanisms, and adherence to enterprise, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, embedding industry best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to enhance delivery efficiency and outcomes.
- Enable tooling and automation, supporting PM tools, dashboards, workflows, and reporting to drive standardization and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to drive adoption of PMO standards through change management and training.
- Measure and report on PMO performance, process effectiveness, and continuous improvement metrics.
