Role: Salesforce Solution Architect (NOH1B/ OPT)Location: NYC, NY Overview:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solution design for a large financial services organization. This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, from discovery through design and implementation.Partner with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define enterprise-level Salesforce solutions aligned with financial services requirements.Design scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.Define integration patterns between Salesforce and core financial systems (APIs, middleware, data platforms).Provide architectural governance, best practices, and design documentation.Guide development teams on technical standards, data models, security, and performance optimization.Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards typical of financial services environments.Support release planning, technical decision-making, and issue resolution.Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for Salesforce implementations.Required Skills & Experience:8 years of Salesforce experience, with strong focus on enterprise solution architecture.Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions for large, complex organizations.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies.Experience working in financial services environments (banking, payments, insurance, lending, or capital markets).Expertise in security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and compliance considerations.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong documentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:Experience with Financial Services CloudSalesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Solution Architect-level certs)Exposure to large CRM modernization or transformation programs Thank youvinaya@itengagements.com
