Technical Training Manager
One of the largest Healthcare provider in Greater Florida area is seeking a Technical Training Manager with following skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years’ experience in Immunization information systems (IIS) and/or health care administration including experience with different account customer types.
- Understanding of the health care industry including a basic understanding of private physician immunization practices and EMR/EHR software preferred.
- Ability to use a personal computer, with proficiency in MS Office products, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual (written and oral skills) in English/Spanish.
- Ability to use web-based meeting platforms to conduct remote training with providers’ staff.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and customers at one time.
- Ability and willingness to travel on a limited basis.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Technical Product Support staff to assist users with troubleshooting and training needs.
- Meet virtually with staff and Field Team. During the meetings, as directed by the Department
- Report the number of recorded and live training webinar views, including live webinar attendee comments and questions.
- Evaluate training activities.
- Provide training and support services to users via emails, telephone conferences, virtual meetings, and attendance and viewing of live and recorded training webinars.
- Develop training videos
- Develop an electronic newsletter that identifies new system features, benefits, and services available
- Create training materials
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($60-$70), during the contract period. Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
