Role Summary

We are seeking a Software Developer with strong C#/.NET expertise and experience building modern cloud-based applications. This role will play a key part in application modernization initiatives, helping transform and migrate enterprise solutions from traditional on-premises environments to scalable, cloud-native architectures.

Working closely with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders, you will design, develop, and enhance applications that are secure, resilient, and maintainable. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems, has a strong software engineering foundation, and understands how cloud platforms can be leveraged to deliver modern application solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
• Participate in modernization and migration initiatives that transform legacy applications into cloud-based solutions.
• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and distributed application components.
• Develop event-driven and service-oriented solutions that support evolving business needs.
• Design and optimize solutions that leverage both relational and non-relational data stores.
• Collaborate with architects and platform teams to align applications with cloud architecture standards and best practices.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
• Contribute to automated deployment, quality assurance, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reliability and scalability.
• Participate in Agile development activities including planning, estimation, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience developing applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and integration services.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with modern cloud application development patterns and practices.
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Understanding of application security concepts, identity management, and secure software development practices.
• Experience with source control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Professional Experience

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience delivering applications in cloud-hosted environments.
• Experience participating in application modernization, migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions on Microsoft Azure managed services.
• Experience designing distributed, event-driven, or microservices-based applications.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automated deployment practices.
• Experience modernizing legacy or on-premises applications.
• Familiarity with containerized application deployments.
• Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
