The Implementation Consultant is a Business Systems Analyst that is part of a Professional Services team that works closely with client technical and business teams on complex engagements lasting 3-12 months or longer to deliver integrated software systems at customer engagements with financial institutions. This role is assigned on multiple engagements, works with minimal supervision and interacts with matrixed organizations, internally and externally.
The individual provides technical consulting to customers integrating with the company’s software. Activities include consulting with customers to understand and document their business and technical requirements, working with customer business analysts on data mapping between systems, advising customers on usage and capability of the system, and appropriate configuration of the system. Identifies alternative solutions that address customer requirements. Contributes to the analysis, design, development, and testing of customer engagement deliverables.
- Should have experience in banking, lending, mortgage, deposit, or servicing / experience with loan origination systems is a plus
- Working knowledge of the following: XML, XSL/XSLT, XML Editing tools and Data Mapping tools like Mapforce
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar consulting related position
- Nice To Have - Content Management Systems, for example Vasont, TFS, etc. / Relational Database Knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server)
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($50-60/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
