Our client is seeking a QA Tester to support testing of modern state government digital services, including Rapid Registration, and AI-enabled citizen-facing applications. This role will focus on ensuring quality, performance, and usability across web applications, APIs, and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated testing for web applications using Playwright
- Validate real-time transaction workflows, business rules, and eligibility checks
- Test chatbot-assisted interactions and AI-enabled user experiences
- Verify integrations between web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Ensure a seamless user experience across responsive and high-volume digital platforms
- Document defects, test results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
Required Skills
- Experience with Playwright or other modern UI automation frameworks
- Strong web application, API, and integration testing experience
- Understanding of high-volume transactional systems and user workflows
- Experience with responsive web application testing
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($55-60/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
