Expert Position is to help remediate security vulnerabilities and all additional roles are to add capacity to the existing team. Primary work is vulnerability management, upgrades etc.
Skills required
- 7 years of networking experience including the following
- Zscaler (private access deployment);
- Cisco Nexus 9K and Firewall code upgrade
- Strong exp with Routing protocols and troubleshooting (BGP / OSPF)
- Firewall (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet) policy audits and changes;
- Automate network deployment and troubleshooting using Skills with python
Duties and Responsibilities
- This role is for a Senior Network Engineer who will be part of the Global Network Operations team. Supports all Network environments for our client
- Will be working on vulnerability management, upgrades etc
- Looking for L2 and L3 level for investigation, troubleshooting and resolving network communications and operations issues impacting client, backbone access, or performance
- Design, engineer, and implement complex network solutions in a variety of disciplines, security postures, access control, and infrastructure
- Responsible for Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Change Management, Event Management, and Problem Management for all client environments
- Understanding of large-scale network capacity management and modeling.
- Proactively monitor client network performance to assess and making recommendations for improvement
- Proactively contribute to documentation, automation and processes improvement
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($65-75/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
