We are seeking an Expert Solution Architect to join our Solution Design team. This role is responsible for designing, leading, and governing the technical migration of workloads to cloud environments, providing end-to-end architecture leadership across discovery, migration, modernization, and stabilization, ensuring outcomes are aligned to business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure public cloud platforms
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Harness
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with database migration and storage modernization strategies
- Knowledge of containerization and managed container platforms (ECS/EKS/AKS/App Service Containers)
Architecture & Design
- Proven experience developing Target State Architecture (TSA) documentation
- Ability to conduct application discovery and dependency mapping
- Experience designing solutions aligned with security, compliance, and governance standards
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery infrastructure configuration
Security & Compliance
- Experience with security scanning programs (SAST, DAST, SCA, Container Scanning, IaC Scanning)
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning, authentication/authorization testing, and data security testing
- Familiarity with SSO integration and CMK (Customer Managed Keys)
Soft Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate application and technical workshops
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Experience working in governance frameworks with issue, risk, and escalation management
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in solution architecture and cloud migration
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries
- Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization
- Experience with AI/ML integration in migration programs
