12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience with strong expertise in:
- Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- SQL
- Payroll Integrations
- Payroll Reporting & Validation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll
- Create and optimize Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations.
- Design and Implement HCM Extracts
- Build and configure HCM Extracts for reporting and integrations related to payroll.
- Validation and Troubleshooting
- Perform data validation and resolve issues in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, and payroll integration failures.
- Payroll Module Expertise
- Understand payroll module structures, records, and configuration for accurate reporting and integration.
- Query Optimization
- Fine-tune SQL queries for reporting and extract performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
- Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting.
- Solid understanding of payroll data structures and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize reporting queries.
- Good knowledge of SQL for query tuning and data analysis.
