The Treasury Management Services Excellence Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for commercial clients, delivering exceptional support, onboarding, and ongoing service for Treasury Management products. This role ensures seamless client implementation, issue resolution, and relationship management while supporting internal teams and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for commercial clients utilizing Treasury Management products and services.
- Onboard, implement, and train clients on Treasury products including Online Banking with Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Bill Pay, and other assigned services.
- Provide first-level support to internal and external customers, addressing system functionality questions, moderate technical issues, billing inquiries, and general Treasury Management support.
- Assist clients with transaction account inquiries and other routine banking needs.
- Ensure all Treasury Management documentation and agreements are accurately completed and properly executed prior to product implementation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently resolving internal and external client issues.
- Proactively manage timelines and client expectations by responding promptly to requests, inquiries, issues, voicemails, and emails.
- Track and document reported issues to identify trends and recommend process or system improvements.
- Educate clients on available account services, features, and capabilities to maximize product utilization.
- Support the Treasury Management Excellence Center Manager and Team Leads with projects, tasks, and operational initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- General understanding of banking products and services.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous banking or Treasury Management experience.
