We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the end-to-end client experience with a focus on onboarding, deposit account opening, account servicing, and operational coordination in a banking environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients
- Manage the client relationship
- Open banking accounts and handle account maintenance and transactions
- Collect required client documentation
- Respond to client requests and resolve account-related issues
- Meet with clients face-to-face or via phone if needed
- Must have an understanding of treasury services and banking tools to know what documentation is required and to support client setup and ongoing needs
- Strong familiarity with banking products, operational processes, and internal service procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and core banking systems; experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing workloads effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial and corporate account structures.
- Understanding of treasury services, online banking platforms, and related operational tools.
- 3-5 years of experience in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and previous experience working with a variety of commercial or corporate clients, including industries such as healthcare, real estate, government, and commercial enterprises.
