The ideal candidate brings strong structured products expertise, an established network within the Latin American financial markets, and experience supporting institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including private banks, broker-dealers, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, platform adoption, and ongoing support.
- Identify business development opportunities and support new client acquisition across Latin America.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support client onboarding and platform implementation.
- Provide expertise in structured products, investment solutions, and trading workflows.
- Support expansion into asset management products, OTC derivatives, and new markets.
- Monitor regional market trends and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
- 5 years of experience in relationship management, institutional sales, or business development within structured products, derivatives, or alternative investments.
- Strong knowledge of structured products, pricing, and trade execution workflows.
- Established relationships within Latin American financial markets, including private banks, broker-dealers, and institutional clients.
- Familiarity with key Latin American markets, including Brazil, Mexico, and the Andean and Southern Cone regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel across Latin America.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
