This role supports enterprise networking, Microsoft Azure cloud services, Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler security platforms, Mimecast email filtering, SentinelOne and modern AI-assisted IT operations and security initiatives.

Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services including virtual networks, identity integration, security controls, and hybrid environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, mobile device management (MDM), application deployment, conditional access, and security policy enforcement.
- Administer ManageEngine Endpoint Central for endpoint deployment, patch management, software distribution, remote support, inventory management, compliance reporting, and device security.
- Manage and maintain Zscaler cloud security solutions including ZIA, ZPA, web filtering, secure remote access, traffic inspection, and policy administration.
- Configure and maintain Palo Alto firewalls and security appliances to secure critical business applications and infrastructure.
- Support enterprise networking technologies including DNS, DHCP, IP routing, HTTP/S, VPNs, VoIP, email routing, spam filtering, and wireless technologies.
- Design and maintain secure wireless networks capable of supporting voice, video, and business-critical applications.
- Assist with implementation and support of AI-enabled IT operations, cybersecurity monitoring, automation tools, and cloud-based management platforms.
- Utilize AI-assisted technologies and automation tools to improve operational efficiency, monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting, and security response capabilities.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in internal and external IT audits, cybersecurity assessments, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and ongoing technical documentation including:
- Network diagrams and topologies
- Asset inventories
- Licensing records
- Firewall and VPN configurations
- Azure infrastructure documentation
- Intune and endpoint management documentation
- Disaster recovery and business continuity documentation
- Support server and endpoint infrastructure including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 integrations, and related technologies.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network and endpoint software upgrades, patches, and security updates.
- Manage multi-site network operations and support remote users and branch locations.
- Assist with technology purchasing, budgeting, lifecycle planning, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as a member of the IT Helpdesk team by providing Tier II/III technical support to users, administrators, vendors, and service providers while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Respond to network outages, cybersecurity incidents, and infrastructure emergencies as needed.
- Ensure systems comply with corporate security standards, licensing requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and provide on-call support as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- 15 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field required.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience supporting enterprise networking and cybersecurity environments.
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune and endpoint security policies.
- Experience with Zscaler security platforms including ZIA and ZPA preferred.
- Experience administering ManageEngine Endpoint Central or similar endpoint management platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted IT operations, automation platforms, cybersecurity analytics, or AI-enhanced management tools preferred.

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, audit requirements, vulnerability management, and compliance best practices.
- Ability to maintain detailed technical documentation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred, including one or more of:
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Intune certifications or equivalent experience
- Palo Alto certifications
- Zscaler certifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical installation/troubleshooting tasks when required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Availability for after-hours support, maintenance activities, and an on-call rotation.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
