Responsibilities:
- Coordinate loan closings and manage the lending pipeline
- Review loan documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness
- Partner with lenders, relationship managers, legal teams, and operations to ensure timely funding and booking
- Support loan servicing activities, including payments, draws, and payoffs
- Resolve issues and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years of Lending Assistant, Loan Processor, or related lending experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and lending systems (nCino preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and C&I loan documentation
