Project Support Opportunity: Project Coordinator

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Project Support team. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.

This shared-services company supports the IMI business units and provides a uniform,

with our employee-owned company so that all personnel take an owner’s mindset approach to our business. iSuite is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has branches in Granite City, IL, Chesterfield, MO and Charlotte, NC.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Project Support team located at our headquarters in Granite City, IL. Our ideal candidate for a Project Coordinator is someone who is personable, high energy, and who will bring a strong sense of commitment and direction to our projects. This candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and thrive in a collaborative work environment.

Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Project Coordinator include:

• Assisting mechanical and plumbing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Working alongside and supporting Project Managers to complete project related tasks correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Understanding the projects, applying for and tracking permits and inspections, providing support with submittal documentation and tracking, recording meeting minutes, updating our construction management software with up-to-date documents, completing closeout documentation, etc.
• Offering comprehensive support to various iSuite Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency.
• Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues before they become a problem.

Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Project Coordinator include:

• Proven working experience in Construction Support or related field is preferred.
• Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages---overall strong computer skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
• Possesses a strong personal commitment for long-term and meaningful goals.
• Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with changing priorities.
• Demonstrate confidence in their knowledge and is committed to researching the answers and finding the right solution for things they do not know.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
